How It All Works

Please first complete the Puppy Interest Form located under Everything Puppy. You will receive a confirmation message once your interest form was successfully submitted. We will contact you via phone or email with any additional questions or concerns. After reviewing your puppy interest form you will be placed on our Interested List. Everyone on our Interested List will be contacted via email as soon as we open our Reservation List and begin accepting reservation fees.

We will email everyone on our Interested List as soon as we open up our Reservation List for a specific litter of puppies. Reservation spaces will be secured in order of reservation fees received. Reservation spaces will determine the order of puppy selection. 

The reservation fee is $200 and is non-refundable. Reservation fees can be made via Venmo or Zelle. 

Once you reserve a space for a puppy pick from a specific litter you will be added to our email list for that litter and will receive periodic updates. We try to update you once the mom and dad have "honey-mooned", when the pregnancy is confirmed or when we have a puppy count x-ray, and most definitely once the puppies are born! Each family on our reservation list will receive a link to a private photo gallery where we will load pictures throughout each week of the puppies lives here on our farm.

At this time we are not scheduling in-person litter visitations. However, each family who has reserved a puppy pick will have access to a private Flickr album that has behind the scenes photos uploaded each week. By Go-Home day the album will have hundreds of pictures from the litter. 

When the puppies are around six weeks of age we will perform an individual evaluation on each one to help identify and evaluate their temperaments and traits. Once the puppy evaluations and vet visits are completed I will email each family on the reservation list the score/explanation sheets, links to the evaluation videos for each puppy and any pertinent information from the vet visit.

After reviewing the puppy evaluation email we ask that each family have their first 2-3 choices in mind so that puppy selections can happen in a timely fashion. The first family on the list should be prepared to make their puppy selection within 24 hours of receiving the email. We are happy to help guide and assist you with the best selection for your family. Once the first family chooses we will communicate their choice via email to everyone on the reservation list and then will continue moving down the list in the order that reservation fees were paid. 

We will host a scheduled Go-Home day at our home as soon as the puppies are eight (8) weeks old. Puppy Go-Home appointments will be every hour, usually beginning at 10am on the scheduled Go-Home day. 

Your final payment is due in CASH on Selection/Go-Home day. 

If you are not able to take your puppy home on Go-Home day please discuss this with us well in advance. If we are able to accommodate for your puppy to stay with us past Go-Home day the daily rate is $30. 

Regardless of when you take your puppy home, the final payment is due on Go-Home day when the puppies are eight (8) weeks old. 

We accept payments for reservation fees via Venmo and Zelle.

Final payments are due in CASH ONLY on Go-Home Day when the puppies are eight (8) weeks old. 

For puppies who are flying to their new homes the final payment is due 72 hours prior to puppy Go-Home day and will only be accepted through Zelle. 

Your new puppy will have a bag of goodies to take home on Go-Home day that includes:

- a blanket that smells like mama, their littermates and the detergent we use at Linny J Doodles

- a puppy go home folder that includes a detailed grooming guide

- puppy health record

- a birth certificate with their newborn pawprint

- vaccination and deworming record

- a couple small toys 

- 30-days of FREE pet health insurance (you must activate the offer within 24 hours before or after taking your new puppy home)

- your puppy will also be microchipped prior to leaving our home (you will need to update the microchip with your contact information and the name you give your puppy). The microchip we use has FREE lifetime registration with no out-of-pocket costs or hidden fees.
